Crow & Wolf Equipment Alert SMS Program — Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION.
Crow & Wolf, operated by Central California Brewing Company LLC, operates an SMS alert program that notifies employees of brewery equipment status and failures, such as refrigeration and glycol system faults. Messages are automated and are sent from (559) 206-3443.
2. WHO MAY PARTICIPATE.
Participation is limited to Crow & Wolf employees and authorized staff. This program is not offered to the general public or to customers.
3. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT MARKETING.
These messages are solely internal operational alerts. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages through this program, and we do not send messages on behalf of any third party.
4. HOW TO OPT IN.
Employees enroll themselves in the company’s internal staff application at hub.cawbrewing.com, which requires an authenticated company account. An employee enters their own mobile number and enables SMS alerts. No one is enrolled without taking that action.
5. HOW TO OPT OUT.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Employees may also disable SMS alerts at any time in the internal staff application. After opting out, you will receive no further messages.
6. HELP.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
7. MESSAGE FREQUENCY.
Messages are sent only when automated monitoring detects an equipment fault requiring attention. Frequency varies with equipment conditions and is typically fewer than five messages per month.
8. COST.
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. PRIVACY.
Mobile numbers are used solely to deliver these operational alerts. We do not sell them, share them with third parties for marketing, or use them for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy at https://cawbrewing.com/privacy-policy/.
10. CHANGES.
We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page.
